cant get in ubuntu after install

this maybe a noob question. i want my computer have two OS: win7 and ubuntu 16.4.3 LTS.the frist order is window, second order is ubuntu. thats mean unles i have do something spical(like enter bios and sclet) its will boot window(cuz family have some1 cant use ubuntu reason:too hard and low support software)
before attemp trying to install ubuntu, the computer have already installed win7. i have boot ubuntu with CD and get in "install ubuntu". i have follow and unboxed "install the 3rd software"(translated from chinese traid.) and entered the swap hard disk place. i have allowcated 500.1mb/64.9mb for ubuntu. and ente details, username etc and clicked "install now" and the install "completed" and computer rebooted.
but its have something happened.(before sucess reboot, at hat time. ubuntu is (attemp) closeing) its show logs like excat like the boot log. its is continue the boot lig have come like
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq
.........
and the last line is shown as
[OK] abcxyxzdarfq [OK] abcxyxzdarfq [OK] abcxyxzdarfq [OK] abcxyx
its have overed the screen show. and its no change. its stopped for hypewr long time. no screen shanged. i have intrested and i pressed ->. i see the log is not "read olny" its allow me to type something, i have trped ping [enter]but its just like a notepad. and i have wait a long time around 15min. i have pressed the power button for 5second and closed (i have pressed 5second, not just press, and downed instanly) and wait a whi;e and restarted computer

There were defects with Ubuntu Installation downloads starting January 4th 2018. Try to download a brand new one for 16.04.3 LTS today. If that doesn't work try a 16.04.1 LTS and don't accept prompts to update to newer software. Then let us know how it worked out. It would be 4 GiB of RAM however there is minor difference to 4 GB of RAM.

If that doesn't work try a 16.04.1 LTS and don't accept prompts to update to newer software. Then let us know how it worked out.
