Power issues in Windows after Ubuntu installation

I've installed Ubuntu 17.01 as dual-boot option (passed through the installation wizard on all defaults). It was that much default installation that I didn't even need to disable EFI secure boot (meaning, there's default signed kernel in the result).

However, after the Ubuntu installation, I've started noticing power issues in Windows 10! It may turn off at random moment of time, for example, but most often — when plugging AC adapter off. As I understand, at this moment, the system changes some kind of "power mode" and something goes wrong.

How could it be? I mean, installation of one OS to affect completely isolated another OS? I've heard some "rumors" that Ubuntu may change notebook's ACPI settings… If it's so, is there a way to restore it?
