How can I use the default wacom driver of Manjaro on ubuntu?

On manjaro, scrolling and double tapping on touchpad works perfectly with the default wacom drivers (for intuos art) it's smooth and it's pretty much identical to what you get from windows. On ubuntu however you are barely able to scroll 3 lines even if you try pretty hard and even tapping by using double fingers to right click or scroll doesn't feel right.
What drivers does manjaro use and how do I replace the ubuntu ones with those?

everything is fine in fedora as well. ubuntu seems to be the only distro in which the tablets touch features don't work properly
