Windows Ubuntu GTK2 error while installing

I've tried a couple times to install gtk2 in my Windows Ubuntu I always get this error!

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
I've already tried apt-get update and adding --fix-missing flag on sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0. I still couldn't get it to work. Thoughts?
