Chinese/Japanese characters are garbled on music player

I use Lollypop and Rhythmbox on ubuntu 18.04.

I have some Chinese/Japanese audio files, their titles are displayed properly on the file manager, but on the music play, titles, albums, artists are garbled, how can I fix it?
