Notebook gets very hot after upgrade to Kubuntu 18.04

I used Kubuntu 17.10 on my Notebook which I was very happy with. A few days ago I installed Kubuntu 18.04. Now my Notebook gets very hot and the Battery lasts not as long as before the upgrade. Also the fan is working a lot harder then before. The CPU usage is normal so I think the reason is the Nvidia GPU. I already switched between the Nvidia and the X.Org Driver. But this doesnt affect the Problem.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance
