Grub fails after grub-update every new kernel in ubuntu 18.04

after install ubuntu 18.04 when the system update a new kernel in the next boot the grub fail. I have to start with usb and repair the boot. With this it run again, but with the next grub-update fails again. It happens in all of my pcs. I use EFI boot without secure boot. How can I resolve this?
