Since I have installed Linux Ubuntu Mate 18.04 my internet got dramatically slower [closed]

I am using a Realtek rtl8821ae chip, which is known for causing trouble on Linux. Is there another way to get rid of this issue without buying a new card (intel or sth like that)?
