Ubuntu stops working after about an hour

I have updated to Ubuntu 18.04 for a week. Unfortunately, after about an hour the keyboard and the mouse always stop working, and in the screen the mouse change to a hand. Then I have to restart by pressing SysRq+Alt + REISUB, by following the instructions in here.
The problem happens for one week. I googled for solutions but there isn't anything really helpful (or maybe I can not understand clearly). Is there anybody that had the same problem and had fixed it?
And sorry for my bad English :(
