Error when running ecryptfs-setup-swap

I'm trying to set up swap encryption using ecryptfs-setup-swap and get this output:
INFO: Setting up swap: [/dev/nvme0n1p3]
WARNING: Commented out your unencrypted swap from /etc/fstab
/dev/nvme0n1p3 is already marked as no-auto
INFO: Setting up swap: [/dev/nvme0n1p5]
WARNING: Commented out your unencrypted swap from /etc/fstab
/dev/nvme0n1p5 is already marked as no-auto
/usr/bin/ecryptfs-setup-swap: 207: /usr/bin/ecryptfs-setup-swap: /etc/init.d/cryptdisks: not found
How do I repair my system so that I can run ecryptfs-setup-swap successfully? I'm manually reverting /etc/fstab and etc/crypttab to no encryption.
