While installing updating or removing any app, I get this error:

$ sudo apt upgrade

Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
You might want to run 'apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
winetricks : Depends: cabextract
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.

And when I run sudo apt -f install, I get this error:

$ sudo apt-get -f install

Correcting dependencies... Done
The following additional packages will be installed:
cabextract

Remove the package zorinos-icons. It is not official and prevents cabextract from installing by providing the same file.

    since apt was not working, I could not execute
    sudo apt purge zorinos-icons
    So i had to manually remove those contents by searching via file manager in root mode. Now it is fixed.
