subwoofer button does nothing

- in Ubuntu 18.04 - former versions works well.
It plays all 5.1 sound in the test of the channels. But to play CD or Spotify the sub-woofer plays nothing.
My motherboard is an ASUS B250M -plus/Br
My 5.1 is connected by analog connectors.
It works very well in Ubuntu 16.04.4
