Restricting people to their folders vsftpd

Okay, So I'm trying to limit users on vsftpd to only be able to see their folders. not like, only let them edit file sin their folder, like not see other folders at all. I set chroot_local_user=YES and chroot_list_enable=NO anybody have any suggestions? kind of new to this.
