I have a MacBook Pro (Late 2011) with macOS Sierra in which I installed rEFInd to install Ubuntu Bionic Beaver. I did so, and I notice that the first time I boot with the USB to install Ubuntu, it showed the selection screen (OSX, Ubuntu, Recovery, options...) but after I booted with Ubuntu (installed and updated it) I do not see the OS selection screen. Would it be possible to see the selection screen every time?

I assume rEFInd boots the last OS used, and that there should be an option to change that default behaviour (or not), but do not know where the config files are and I have not found anything in the documentation.
