drivers wireless usb ralink adapter
Most lilkely this driver doesn't build for the 4.13 kernel. But I suspect it is supported already without a custom driver.

Did you read my post #18 in the thread you linked? I doubt that you can ever get this to work on any recent, that is, not end-of-life kernel.

May 28 at 18:49
@chili555 If i downgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 will this adapter work? Or what version should i choose ? Still on Windows 10 this adapter works fine as plug and play.

It looks like it was working using the built-in ath9k driver. The problem is that you may be having a lot of interference on that wireless network, either due to a wrong manual channel selection in your router, or some other nearby source.

@heynnema I connected it to laptop soath9k

Most lilkely this driver doesn't build for the 4.13 kernel. But I suspect it is supported already without a custom driver.

Did you read my post #18 in the thread you linked? I doubt that you can ever get this to work on any recent, that is, not end-of-life kernel.
