After trying steps from a thread about an Acer laptop with the exception that the last step was done as such:
sudo mv /home/******/ath10k-firmware/QCA9377/hw1.0/WLAN.TF.1.0/firmware-5.bin_WLAN.TF.1.0-00002-QCATFSWPZ-5 firmware-5.bin
because the file wasn't found in the suggested directory.
After rebooting the network applet doesn't even show the enable wi-fi option.
Output for lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; dmesg | grep ath10k

After trying steps from a thread about an Acer laptop with the exception that the last step was done as such:
sudo mv /home/******/ath10k-firmware/QCA9377/hw1.0/WLAN.TF.1.0/firmware-5.bin_WLAN.TF.1.0-00002-QCATFSWPZ-5 firmware-5.bin
because the file wasn't found in the suggested directory.
After rebooting the network applet doesn't even show the enable wi-fi option.
Output for lspci -nnk | grep -iA2 net; dmesg | grep ath10k

After trying steps from a thread about an Acer laptop with the exception that the last step was done as such:
sudo mv /home/******/ath10k-firmware/QCA9377/hw1.0/WLAN.TF.1.0/firmware-5.bin_WLAN.TF.1.0-00002-QCATFSWPZ-5 firmware-5.bin
because the file wasn't found in the suggested directory.
After rebooting the network applet doesn't even show the enable wi-fi option.

After trying steps from a thread about an Acer laptop with the exception that the last step was done as such:
sudo mv /home/******/ath10k-firmware/QCA9377/hw1.0/WLAN.TF.1.0/firmware-5.bin_WLAN.TF.1.0-00002-QCATFSWPZ-5 firmware-5.bin
because the file wasn't found in the suggested directory.
After rebooting the network applet doesn't even show the enable wi-fi option.

Be certain that you have the latest possible firmware. Please open a terminal and do:
cd /tmp
wget http://mirrors.kernel.org/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-firmware/linux-firmware_1.169.3_all.deb
sudo dpkg -i linux*.deb
Reboot and tell us if there is any improvement.
EDIT: Your wireless is hardware blocked:
0: ideapad_wlan: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes
Find and press the wireless switch, sometimes referred to as Airplane Mode.
If pressing the button makes no change, please try:
sudo modprobe -r ideapad_laptop
Does the wireless work now? If so, let's make it persistent:
sudo -i
echo "blacklist ideapad_laptop" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
exit
I did that, and improvement is that in network applet now again show the enable wi-fi option. But it still don't want to conect to my wi fi
