Can't see eMMC drive in bios on Asus MINI after Lubuntu installation on flash drive

Before trying to install Lubuntu (Linuxium version) on a flash drive for my Asus Mini T102ha, I've done a complete backup of the eMMC drive installed with Win10 by using dd on /dev/mmcblk0 in order to backup the complete disk structure with all the partitions.

Then during Lubuntu installation, I have by mistake authorized the installation on /dev/mmcblk0 instead of the flash drive on /dev/sda. I've canceled it and retried the process.

Later I've accepted Lubuntu to change for UEFI as I thought that this was going to go on the flash drive (this kind of tablet PCs based on Atom CPUs and eMMC for HD are not using normal UEFI mode).

I'm unsure if this last step is the origin of my problem, but when I later used dd to re-install the full disk image to /dev/mmcblk0 and tried to boot the tablet without the flash drive attached, the bios menu wasn't offering any boot option.

When running GParted under Lubuntu I still can see /dev/mmcblk0. However all the four /dev/mmcblk0p1 to 4 are writen as unknown by GParted in the File System column, even if the Name and Flags columns have been correctly filed.

There is also a 5th partition of 1.00MiB that is not under any /dev/ and writen as unallocated. I can't remember if it was there before.

Anyone having already faced this situation on this kind of tablet-PC?
