17.10 won't shut down completely

This problem was common for me since I installed Windows 10, on Windows 7 everything worked, so I guest it was just W10 + drivers problem.
But now I had Windows 7 With Ubuntu dualboot, everything worked like a charm, so I decided to at least update W7 to W10 and now I believe same problem happens on Ubuntu.
So is possible W10 could somehow change anything in Ubuntu related to shut down? If so, how can I fix it?
