I'm using Kubuntu 17.10. My monitor is connected via an HDMI cable with my GPU. While playing games, the audio output is coming from monitor's speaker. But speakers connected to motherboard doesn't output any audio. I want the game audio to play from my main speakers which are connected to the motherboard.

You should be able to choose the output device in the Sound Settings.

The default audio is already set to built-in audio. When playing any other audio file or video file audio comes out of the main speaker but only while playing games it comes out of the monitor speaker.
