How install GNUCash in extract file mode?

I try to install GNUCash in extract file mode. The problem is that I don't find any INSTALL or MAKE file or any Configure folder at all.
Here a link to the download on sourceforge : https://sourceforge.net/projects/gnucash/files/gnucash%20%28stable%29/3.1/gnucash-3.1-1.tar.bz2/download?use_mirror=netix
Someone cas help me ?

What is "extract file mode"? Why do you think you need to install gnucash from anywhere other than the official Ubuntu repository?

great point steeldriver, anyway it's allow me to train myself to extract and install and Ubuntu.

There is no Configure folder, but there does appear to be aconfigurescript as well as aREADMEand anINSTALLfile. Did you successfully unpack thetar.bz2archive?

Erf, I have post the link of the 2.6 version, but I have download the 3.1 -_-', I have upload the link version, I have install the 2.6 by the CLI in the meantime

I don't know if you will be motivated to get an eye on the 3.1 version steeldriver, in the meantime thank you for the time you have take to help me
