Bluetooth Keyboard Logitech K810 doesn't work on ubuntu 16.04

I can't seem to pair this keyboard. It either will not even show the device or not accept the code that is shown.
I have tried to follow this: http://blog.chschmid.com/?p=1537 but I can't find bluez-utils kit.
and tried How can a Bluetooth keyboard that requires a code entry be paired in the terminal?
via bluetoothctl but it refuses to pair it.
