I ran the ubuntu-bug command, and it started gathering logs, then showed this in the console:

==== AUTHENTICATING FOR com.ubuntu.apport.root-info ===
Authentication is required to collect system information for this problem report
Authenticating as: nico,,, (nico)
Password:

So I typed my user (nico)'s password and pressed Enter. Result:

polkit-agent-helper-1: error response to PolicyKit daemon: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: No session for cookie
==== AUTHENTICATION FAILED ===
Error executing command as another user: Not authorized

This incident has been reported.

What did I do wrong?

Is it expecting another password, or do I have to set up something before?

Note: I can use sudo with this user and password.
