I'm running ubuntu 16.04 on my Asus Zenbook UX305UA-FC060T. Since the latest kernel update, it doesn't suspend when I tell it to do so; it just shuts down.

jus@espresso:~$ free -m
total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 7882 1407 3118 266 3356 5858
Swap: 8809 0 8809

I tried changing /etc/systemd/logind.conf, but it didn't help.

I changed /etc/default/grub in the past to enable some buttons for lighting; not sure if that matters.

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi= acpi_sleep=nonvs"
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="quiet splash acpi_osi=vendor acpi_osi='!Windows 2013' acpi_osi='!Windows 2012'"

Let me know which information would be helpful. Thx! :)
