Fresh install, no wifi networks detected

I just installed Ubuntu 16.04 dual booting on a macbook pro 15" 2013. I installed from a thumb drive and booting with EzFind. During the install I was able to connect to the wifi network, however after restarting and booting to the desktop I can no longer discover any networks. I have a thunderbolt to ethernet adapter I'm using but it doesn't even recognize that.
lspci -nnk | grep 0280 -A3 shows:
02:00.0 network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4360 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [14e4:43a0] (rev 03)
Subsystem: Apple Inc. BCM4360 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter [106b:0134]
Kernal modules: bcma
I tried to follow this thread: Fresh Ubuntu Install - No Wifi Networks Discoverable
Everything looks fine except when I run ls /lib/firmware | grep 8000 I'm missing 22. 23. and 24.ucode. I do have 13. 16. 21. 27. and 31.ucode
I was also looking into this thread Ubuntu can't detect wifi networks on macbookpro 13.3
Since I was unable to copy paste results I have snapshots, so I apologize for the quality if its difficult to see. (Any suggestions on posting these messages without an internet connection?)
When I try to run sudo dpkg -i *.deb I get a few errors

I tried following this thread, troubleshooting the bcmwl-kernel-source
Installing Broadcom Wireless Drivers for ubuntu 15.04 and it states that its not found.

I've tried reinstalling Ubuntu a few times, choosing to erase and reinstall and no luck.
Let me know if there's any other information you need from me! Thank you in advance for checking this out!

So far, you have tried fixes for Intel wireless and Broadcom wireless and yet we don't know which of the two, if either, you actually have! Please edit your question to add the result of the terminal command:lspci -nnk | grep 0280 -A3
Welcome to Ask Ubuntu.

Tried a different port with the ethernet, appears to be working. Seems to go in and out, but enough to do a system update and we're up and running! Thanks again for your other threads chili!
