php website open normal on windows xamp 3.2.2 but Too many redirects onubuntu server with plesk

when try to open the site on local host on windows with xampp no any problem

and all function work normal
but when upload to Ubuntu server by plesk onyx 17.5.3
the home page appear weird as attched and when open any H.link that site down and appear message "redirected you too many times"
