Can not install Ubuntu… 18.04 - Bug in early installation phase

Goal: Install Linux and still keep Win10(at least for the next 4 weeks or so)

What I have:
A USB(which contains Ubuntu, I did everything exactly like in this Tutorial(https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-create-a-usb-stick-on-windows?_ga=2.139744630.459544891.1527956098-261110483.1527956098#0)
A notebook where I run Win10, that has 2 Hard drives built in
Experience: Already installed Ubuntu on a Virtual Machine(just to try out) several months ago, worked without problems!?
The problem:
I followed(or at least tried to) this guide https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutorial/tutorial-install-ubuntu-desktop#0
I booted from my USB, then a blackscreen with 4 questions showed, I went for "install ubuntu". After that, the screen got a little purple and showed "ubuntu" (I think you know which stage I mean), then suddenly the loading "points/circles" stopped moving(after waiting 30min and coming back to my PC, it still was not moving...).
So I trying several times again and reinstalling the ISO and starting again from step 1. I found some YouTube guides which showed that this step, where my Ubuntu installation is broken, which usually take only several seconds...
How can I resolve this?
