I am running Windows 10 64 bit on an HP. The Processor is an AMD A10-5745M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.10 GHz. 6B ram. 668 GB of actual storage.
I downloaded the Rufus app from the link in the Ubuntu site. I am using a 32GB flash drive as a boot disk and i think i followed all the directions properly. When i hit start, it told me the drive was not accessable and it continued to set it up, but it doesn't work when i try to restart my pc to start the install. What can i do to fix it?

If the USB drive is broken or damaged, which would make it unaccessible, you can't make it work, or fix it.

From Windows. run Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc). Does it show the drive? What format does the USB have? Under Computer if you double click the USB can you see the files and folders?

This seems more like a Hardware or Windows question than an Ubuntu question.
