(Ubuntu Live CD) Booting with nomodeset does not work and booting with quiet also does not work

This is what happens when I boot with 'nomodeset'; it eventually turns into a black screen and freezes.
When I boot with 'quiet' I get the error:
"0.3055641 platform wdat_wdt: failed to claim resource: 1
0.3055781 ACPI: watchdog: Device creation failed: -16"
I have tried both UEFI and Legacy boot, what should I do?
Also, my computer runs on Windows 10 64-bit
boot windows windows-10 live-cd
