Trying to dual boot Ubuntu with windows 10 problem in partition tables

partition table issue



The screen of choosing something else is not showing up and no partitions are shown.

  • Could you please boot the Ubuntu installer medium with the option "Try Ubuntu" (selectable in the boot menu), open a terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T), run the commands sudo lsblk -f and sudo lshw -C storage,disk and then edit your question to copy and paste the output of both commands into it? Thanks.

    What brand/model system? Some need drives changed from RAID or Intel SRT to AHCI. If dual booting with Windows install AHCI drivers first, or change back temporarily to boot Windows and install AHCI drivers. see also: RAID to AHCI askubuntu.com/questions/963087/…
