Computer stuck in endless loop while rebooting

I dualbooted Ubuntu on my hp laptop which was running Windows 10.
Ubuntu installed and then asked to restart the system. On clicking ok the computer gets stuck in rebooting
This is the image of the booting
I get this just after and then it again goes to above pic and the loop continues.
The error code in the pic was
`System BootOrder not found. Initialising defaults’
