Ubuntu 16 freeze after some time from start but mouse still moving without any action

I installed 14 and 16
And still same problem after ubuntu start screen freeze and not take any action from mouse although mouse is moving
My labtop dell latitude e6520
Have nividia driver
14.04 16.04
