Need Help sickrage and qbittorrent

I need some one to help me install sick rage then configure an external hard drive so I can place my downloaded qbittorrent torrents on that hard drive for sick rage to process them to another folder on another computer.
I would much appreciate this as I am a massive noob at ubuntu/linux stuff and the permissions stuff has me really confused.
