Lubuntu/OpenBox alt-tab minimized windows

I'm using alt-tab to switch between applications in my current workspace. Some applications for some reason (usually full-screen games) when alt-tabbed out automatically minimize themselves.
While I don't really mind nor care, my problem is that once minimized, they will go to the end of the queue when alt-tabbing back. This is extremely frustrating as I'll simply alt-tab to go back to the program I just left, but instead I'll go to another completely different program.
Is there a way to configure OpenBox to always use the focus order to select windows and never alter it for any reason?
