I just installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Is it possible there is a bug about dual boot?

  • After the install of Ubuntu 18.04 I had a Grub failure on my Manjaro Gnome.

  • I reinstalled Manjaro Gnome but then my Ubuntu 18.04 disapeard.

  • After reinstall of Ubuntu 18.04 there was the same Grub failure of Manjaro again.

Please find a image of my partitions below.

  • Try to update the grub by running sudo update-grub on Ubuntu

  • Thanks, but it didn't help. By startup it shows the message "Kernel not syncing" and "Unable to mount". Didn't have any problem with 17.10

  • Thanks for your quick reply. I will have a look at your link. I expect Manajaro and Linux both have the last kernal with their own grub. Both didn't work. Please note I add a picture about my disk and partions above. Maybe this makes it more clear.
