I tried to update my Ubuntu version from 16.04 lts to 18.04 lts. I followed i guide and everything went ok. But when I tried to reboot the computer after finishing the installation this message appeared on the screen:
Failed to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to device scanning
Volume group "Ubuntu-vg" not found
Cannot process volume group ubuntu-vg
Failed to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to device scanning
Found Volume group "ubuntu-vg" using metadata type lvm2 Failed to connect to lvmetad. Falling back to device scanning
2 logical volumes in volume group "ubuntu-vg" now active
Gave up waiting for suspend/resume device. /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root: recovery journal
/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root: clean, 430401/182042624 files, 84541154/728155136 blocks
Now whenever I try to turn on the computer I got stuck in this state. Does someone know how to fix this?

Did you have any display problems with 16.04? Did you install any special video drivers?
