I use Ubuntu 18.04 most time for Ruby on Rails developing. Time to time I have to use some small php scripts, and after that Ubuntu start slowly turn off and start.
Most time on booting take:
Started Clean php session files.

Something similar in turn off logs.
How can I speed-up my Ububntu 18.04?
