cant serve ispconfig

i installed ispconfig in last month and works fine
but on today i cant see ispconfig i checked apache2 and suexec log and return this logs

[2018-04-23 09:48:52]: directory is writable by others: (/var/www/php-fcgi-scripts/ispconfig)

i install again ispconfig but not working again :(
