Bluetooth is not working on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Bluetooth not working on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
the Bluetooth on my system doesn't work. When I turn on the Bluetooth switch in System Settings > Bluetooth, no device is detected.
Output of rfkill list
is as follows
